Taking the Good News of Jesus to Franklin County, Virginia, our nation, and the world.

If you’ve been around Franklin Heights Church for any length of time, you already know that missions is an integral part of who we are. That’s because our church was begun as a mission effort. We’re committed to an Acts 1:8 strategy—we believe that God has called and purposed us to reach our communities, our county, our nation, and our world, and we won’t settle for anything less!

With many local opportunities offered to serve and engage our church and community, as well as national and international efforts that impact and affect our world, we encourage you to step out in faith and be on mission with God!

Loving Franklin County

Franklin Heights Church is committed to do whatever it takes to reach Franklin County for the Gospel! Loving North America

Boston  |  July 14-21, 2017  |  $700

New England has been designated an “Un-reached People Group” by our North American Mission Board because less than 2% profess Christ as Lord and Savior. As we seek to reach the world for Christ, we must not neglect North America, and that makes Boston a crucial part of our missions strategy. We are headed back to greater Boston this Summer as we continue our partnership with a new church plant in Nashua, New Hampshire called The Well. The Well is a brand new church that professes Christ, and we are excited to come alongside them in their quest to push back the darkness and share Christ in southern New Hampshire. The Mixtec People Group

For several years our church has traveled to Mexico to reach the Mixtec people group. Now we have the opportunity to reach them right here in our state. There are several thousand Mixtecs residing in Richmond, VA.  Our ministry plans include a block party, a community party, and presenting them with new Bibles in their native Mixtec language. Wycliffe Bible Translators is in the final stages of completing a translation of the Bible into the Mixtec language. Stay tuned as future plans develop. For more information, contact:
